Product Description
SETAKY® Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer XJ-1022 is a kind of free–flowing powder form superplasticizer, as a universal product, designed for applications of flowing mortars with universal and special cementitious binders.
Composed of polycarboxylate ether copolymer, its main chain anchors on the surface of cementitious binder particle while the unique comb structure as side chain stretches in the water.
The combination of electrostatic force and steric stretching effect i***rts low water demand and high flowing ability to mortars.

Characteristics

Dosage and handling
XJ-1022 should be dry-blended with the other dry ingredients at a minimal dosage of 0.1% to 0.3% by total weight of cementitious components. The actual dosage should be ***ermined through suitable tests prior to production and application.

A. Standard Packing: In 25kg paper bags inner with PE bags
B. Big Bag or other special packages are possible on request.
